Happy Productive Disciplined New Year!


     After much consideration and hmming and hahhing, I made a decision to go public with my plan to go on a juice/smoothie fast for 10 days. For many people 10 days is a drop in the bucket. For others, it's an eternity.  For me? Well, that remains to be seen. But if I do well (read: can stand it) during that time I'll probably keep going. Who knows? I may end up going 60 days like a girl I saw on YouTube (MyInvisibleChyrsalis ). I even saw videos by people who juice-fasted for 100 days. That ain't gonna happen, however, sixty is in the realm of possibilities.
   This is my physical reboot. I've been exercising regularly since last summer but my eating has been all over the place. Some days I might only eat raisins, cashews and chocolate chips all day, despite having cooked dinner. I plan on scaling back my workouts though. No weight training, aside from yoga and no cardio except walking. And I plan to bounce on my rebounder to help drain my lymph system and drink copious amounts of water.
